Bill Brown / President, CEO
In 1978, I founded Bill Brown Construction Company. I bring 35 years of experience in general contracting, concrete subcontracting, house moving and shoring, and structural steel to the company. My interest in integrating multiple construction disciplines has led to the company emerging as the premier provider of new and retrofit basements in Northern California. Creativity, flexibility, competency, and a high standard of integrity are valuable to me personally and, therefore, are integral to my construction projects.

When I joined BBCC in 1988, Bill taught me that with hard work and dedication anything is possible. I quickly shared Bill's enthusiasm for all things concrete. Today, I am the specialist on the front lines when it comes to retrofit basements, pier and grade beam foundations, architectural concrete, grading, excavation, structural steel, and site walls. I enjoy working with people, and this job provides me with the opportunity to work with fantastic employees and clients on incredible projects.

Peter Janovich / Vice President, Shoring Division
For more than a quarter of a century, I've been fortunate to own Anderson-Janovich, THE house moving and foundation expert since 1886. Working in this specialized area isn't easy. I've had to earn my general contractor's license (B1), demolition license (C-21), and home improvement certification (HIC Approved). My 20-year membership in the International Association of Structural Movers and my many years of hands-on experience earned me a place on the California Earthquake Authority and on the Association of Bay Area Government referral lists. Now, as a vice president with BBCC, Bill and I have combined our expertise to bring you the best moving and shoring services in Northern California.
