John Teeter
With an extensive background in engineering and project management, and an engineering degree from UC Irvine, I chose to come to work for BBCC in 2004. After knowing Bill Brown for many years, I have come to admire the pride he takes in his work and his first-rate business practices. Here I have the opportunity to manage large projects involving the coordination of multiple subcontractors and complex documentation, and to use my communication skills to problem solve and negotiate resolutions. I look forward to working for the continuing success of our company.

Robert McIntire
I have been with Bill Brown Construction since 2008. Before I came to work at Bill Brown Construction, I had the opportunity to work on projects where I worked side by side with some of the staff at BBCC. I knew then about the high standards and commitment to quality that the employees of Bill Brown Construction demonstrated. I have over twenty years experience in the building industry. I have done everything from moving houses to fine trim and finish work. I have worked all over the state and even worked in Japan, and I have never seen another company that takes as much pride in their work as is done here. I am proud to now be part of this team and look forward to contributing to the high standards of the company.

Ismael Salazar
After graduating from Morelos State University Architectural School in Cuernavaca, Mexico, I enjoyed designing and building single-family homes for nine years. Following that, I spent five years estimating custom home foundations and basements. Bill Brown and I agree that accurate cost estimates are critical to the overall planning and success of our projects. Six years ago, I joined his firm to provide my expertise in the implementation of an effective and accurate estimating system that guarantees that all of the elements of our projects are well defined and accounted for.

Sandra Ayllon
The success of a project depends on a good base and fundamentals. In our company the foundation of your construction is paramount. I have been on the BBCC team since February 2002. I am responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. I use that data to create time schedules, establish and maintain budgets, issue change orders, and more. As an architect, I have 12 years of construction experience including positions as an architectural project designer, developer, and estimator for international construction firms, such as ArqCiviles Ltda., Mill's Pride and Conconcreto S.A.
